AJROTC (Army Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps) teaches young men and women to become better citizens and provides them with the tools and skills necessary to succeed in high school and beyond. JROTC emphasizes the ethical values that underlie good citizenship. It develops leadership potential and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. JTROTC provides physical fitness training and develops organizational and management techniques.
