Day Hikers

About
The Day Hikers Club consists of Crawford students and staff who share the enjoyment of the outdoors and like to go on hikes to explore nature. This the eight year of the club. Membership usally includes about 15-20 students and 4-5 staff. All of the hikes take place on Saturdays, at least once a month. Most hikes are between 4-6 miles. However, we also do few long hikes of 9-10 miles. We also go on a overnight camping trip once a year.

Events
The club goes on hikes mostly in local areas such as the Cuyamaca, Laguna, Palomar and Iron Mountains, Mission Hills Trails, the Beaches and the Anza-Borrego Desert.
